Ms. Thornton’s diverse background includes 20+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, operations management, business analysis, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. By applying the Baldrige Excellence Framework to federally-regulated organizations, she has achieved a successful record of streamlining and strengthening existing processes as well as improving organizational effectiveness and value.
